Stephanie became a patient of Dr. Boger when she was eight years old and her teeth were growing in every direction. He straightened them out for her and gave her a beautiful smile that she is blessed and grateful to have. She became an employee at age 17, two weeks before graduating from high school and unsure of her career choice. Her intention was to work part-time as she attended college to decide. Assisting in the dental office was intriguing and fun and when she began to skip classes to go to work, it was a sure sign that being in the dental field was definitely for her. She obtained her license as a registered dental assistant in 1991 and continues to take dental education courses. Her current position is the office manager, but you will find her assisting whenever she can. Some of Stephanie's interests include listening to all types of music, reading, dancing, photography, snow skiing and scuba diving. Stephanie loves the devotion and care the office team gives to every patient. She will celebrate her 15 year anniversary working with Dr. Boger in June 2003. She loves seeing the changes in people's lives when they achieve a healthy appearance. "The most rewarding part of my job is witnessing and sharing patients' joy when they see their new smile!"

Dr. Boger has been Monica's family's dentist for over 35 years. Aside from taking care of Monica's general dental needs, Dr. Boger has also done orthodontics for her and she now has a smile she loves. Monica holds a BS degree from San Jose State University. Her intention of using this degree was to attend physical therapy school. While awaiting her letters of acceptance, Dr. Boger offered her a position in his office as a dental assistant. She accepted his offer and joined the office team in November 2001 informing him of her plans. Little did she know that this provisional job would change her direction in life. Monica quickly realized her enthusiasm for dentistry was not temporary. Although she enjoys being a dental assistant, it is not enough for her. After careful consideration, she turned down her letter of acceptance for physical therapy school and decided to become a dentist. It is very exciting for her to work with Dr. Boger. She values his gift of mentorship and the opportunity to witness the work of a wonderful, experienced dentist who has a true passion for dentistry.
